T.S. Thandavamoorthyis presently Professor, Civil Engineering, Adhiparasakthi
Engineering College, Anna University. A Ph D from Anna University and previously Dean of MGR University, Chennai, he has more than 35 years of experience both in industry and R&D. He is also a life member of the Indian Concrete Institute as well as the Society of Structural Engineers.


Dr Thandavamoorthy has published more than 150 papers in various international and
national journals and conferences. He has been featured in (2009) and honoured as the UNESCO Ocean Expert (1998–2010). He has also authored (OUP). Analysis of Structures: Strength and Behaviour.
